Their are a few steps one can take to properly clean the sensor. First you can use your own jet stream to clear any fouling from the sensor. You can also soak the sensor in a mildly acidic bath to break down any fouling around the electrode, something on the scale of a white vinegar. You can also use a brush to clear the top of the sensor, however we advise not to apply the brush directly to the glass electrode as it could break or scratch the glass. If cleaning is required too frequently we do offer a jet cleaner attachment for our sensors to help keep it clean without removing it from your process.
