LL Series Liquid Level Controllers

Water Analytics manufactures four models of liquid level controllers to satisfy most industrial applications. These controllers operate on the principle of electrolytic conductivity in liquids. A built-in sensitivity adjustment permits field tuning the instrument so that one model is suitable for most conductivity liquids. For instance the LL4 or LL7 may be adjusted to respond to either foam or liquid. Some controllers may be as far as 300 meters from the electrodes, and connections are made with unshielded cable.

EX100 Series Magmeter Sensors

Magmeters have the same form factor as paddle wheel sensors but replace the moving paddle wheel with a magnetic induction circuit. The absence of any moving parts makes these sensors perfect for dirty environments where debris would foul a paddle wheel sensor. As long as there is a minimum conductivity of 20 µS/cm the magmeter will work.

New AS Series of Conductivity Sensors

June, 2011 - Water Analytics announces that a new series of conductivity sensors has joined the Aquametrix product line. The AS series of conductivity probes represents a major upgrade over the proven MS series. The latter consists of impregnated graphite electrodes and a molded epoxy body. The new AS series uses 316 stainless steel electrodes in an epoxy body encased in a polypropylene shell. Compared to the MS versions, the new probes are even more rugged and the electrodes are more precisely tuned to the nominal cell constant.

AS Series Conductivity Sensors

The new AS series builds upon the success of the MS series to represent a new level of performance and cost. These probes feature a choice of 316 stainless steel or graphite electrodes, Noryl shells and encapsulated interiors that will satisfy just about any industrial or municipal application. This technology, insures that, with reasonable maintenance, years of drift-free performance can be expected. Six cell constants from 0.1 to 50 are available to cover any water sample between pure water and brine. All types are designed with a safety stop shoulder on the cell.
